Terms of Service

Disc Golf Collectors is a collector platform for disc golf enthusiasts — catalog collections, track market values, contribute to community pricing, connect with collectors. Operated by Luke Jenkins.

You must be 13 or older. You are responsible for your account security. No creating accounts for others, impersonating users, or creating accounts for spam.

• Accuracy: only report real sales. Fabricated data = account termination.
• Ownership: only submit content you have rights to.
• License: by submitting, you grant us a non-exclusive royalty-free license to display and distribute it on our platform.
• Photos: only submit photos you own or have rights to use.

Estimated values are for informational purposes only, based on community-reported sales. Not professional appraisals. Actual prices vary. We are not responsible for financial decisions based on our valuations.

A built-in collector marketplace is planned for a future release. Listings, payments, and buyer/seller terms for that feature will be covered in an updated version of these Terms.

Points, tiers, and badges have no monetary value and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash. We may modify the program or revoke points in cases of abuse.

You agree not to:

• Submit false sale price data
• Use automated tools to scrape our platform
• Attempt to hack or disrupt our infrastructure
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the point system
• Harass or abuse other members
• Post spam or irrelevant content
• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
• Impersonate our team or other users

Disc Golf Collectors name, logo, platform design, and original content are our property. Disc golf brand and mold names belong to their respective manufacturers — we use them for identification only and are not affiliated with any manufacturer.

Provided “as is” without warranties. We don't warrant uninterrupted service or valuation accuracy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Disc Golf Collectors and Luke Jenkins are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including financial losses from reliance on our valuations.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account by emailing hello@discgolfcollectors.com.

We'll notify users of significant changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
